It took a bit longer than I expected to get a trucker but the car was picked up within the range of days I specified. Michelle was always available when I needed to speak to her and very easy to deal with. I had specific requirements for when the car needed to be picked up and dropped off and she accommodated this very nicely. She was knowledgeable and could answer detailed questions, which was helpful as this was my first time shipping a car.
