This was my first time using a car transport service, and while the delivery was 5 days late, the overall experience was very good. Hillary was assigned to oversee my delivery and she kept me informed at every step. When the vehicle didn't arrive on the date it was supposed to, Hillary contacted the transporter and had them contact me directly. In the end, the vehicle was delivered in great condition and the experience turned out very positive.
