My representative from the company was very responsible, contacted me to make sure car is picked up and delivered. But there didn't seem to be good communication between the trucking company and the broker. The transport arrived much earlier for pick up and delivery both, but magic carpet had no idea, not to mention the unexpected early arrival made things inconvenient. But again, everyone I dealt with through the process was polite and responsible. I would recommend.
