I am very satisfied with Magic Carpet Auto Transport and the carrier who moved my vehicle from Arizona to Maine. My only complaint about the experience was that the price quoted online was not the actual cost. I was told that because the vehicle was a full-sized SUV, it would cost an additional $75. Why complete the on-line information form if the information provided does not yield an accurate quote? Initially, there were no drivers interested in transporting the vehicle. Finally, a driver offered to do it for an additional fee. After I agreed to these two price increases, the process went smoothly. Hillary, my contact at Magic Carpet was knowledgable and easy to contact by e-mail or phone. The driver communicated regularly by phone to schedule the pick up and delivery. The vehicle arrive in excellent condition with no evidence of damage or theft.

Knowledgable and easy to contact. Of course we are! =) It's our job i don't know how companies can't be. Thank You For your review Jim and sorry about the misunderstanding with the auto quoter.
