Called Cathy at 4:00PM to arrange a pickup. She asked what date was the car available for transport and I said tomorrow (Saturday, kinda thinking that the earliest would be on Tuesday or Wednesday). She called back 10 minutes latter and said that she had arranged for the transport tomorrow! Car was picked up less than 24 hours after I called and dropped off on time. What more could you ask for. My driver Alex, called 24 hours prior to drop off and the at the specified time to say he was running an hour late. The transport company was Freight Port.
