It all worked out, but we are lucky

I don't think I would use Magic Carpet in the future. I had two cars shipped from Boston to Denver. I told Hillary I wanted them picked up on the 18th or the 19th and they could be delivered no earlier than the 24th. They were picked up on the 17th and dropped off on the 21st. The person receiving the car was out of town, and thankfully, the transport company allowed us to send the cars to another person and mail in the money order. Hats off the K and B Transportation out of New Jersey. They worked with me to make sure everything was smooth and okay. As for Magic Carpet...I get the sense they have no clue what actually happens after they book the delivery. Remember, they are the broker, not the actually delivery company. Hillary had spelling errors in my initial order (kind of a big deal in Boston), even though I spelled things out for her. Hillary called me after the cars were long gone to see if I heard from the driver about pickup. Hillary called me 5 days after the cars were already delivered. So yes, Magic Carpet got the job done, but things could have been really bad.

Well Joe i'm sorry you feel we did not provide you with a five star service. MA to CO is not a verry common route, so, we were very pleased to find a carrier over 5 days in advance to pick up your cars. They told us they would pick up on the 18th and drop off on the 24th. These were the exact dates you asked for. The carrier company ran early and did not notify us of this. If i had known they were running a day early i would have called you that day to ask about pick up or found another transport to pick up later. If you had called us we could of facilitated the pick up or drop off so that it was more convient for you. Hillary Bergeson 360-834-2900x204
