Peter, I am sorry you feel this way about the service you received with our company. We do our best to make sure every customer's questions are answered and that things run smoothly for you. Yesterday when I told you that your vehicle was ready for pickup you appeared to be so excited as it was there at the port alot sooner than I had estimated. I wish you the best, Michelle
