For the second time in less than 6 months, I was back on the phone with Kathy to transport a family car back from Utah to New England. She was professional, efficient, and accessible. Though we miscommunicated on the date for pick-up and missed an opportunity for an earlier delivery, Kathy got right back on the job and posted the need for a carrier ASAP. Within a week, we had just the right person on board to bring the car home. The price was constant with what I had paid in December to ship the car west ($1020).
I would use Kathy and Magic Carpet in a heartbeat to transport automobiles. The agency does extremely good work, and I am once again pleased with my results. Thanks to Kathy and Magic Carpet!
