I was hesitant about shipping my car from Kansas to California, hoping I'd see it again! I've shipped a car once before, 12 years ago, so this was like a new experience for me.

My first contact with Magic Carpet Autho was Kathy Ashlock - she was surprisingly courteous, took all the time needed to answer my questions and explain their service. Everything she said would happen did indeed happen, and when it was expected to happen.

At first my sister found Magic Carpet through an Internet serach, so she initially input her contact information for the order. Once I chose to go with Magic Carpet, we had to change contact information, and while a bit confusing at first, it was handled well and quickly. Other comanpies that we considered were a bit more expensive, and Magic Carpet also quickly sent back a quote in response to my sister's first inquiry.

Kathy worked with me on my preferred dates, and did schedule my pick up for exactly the day I wanted it. It turned out that my driver was in town ad ready to get my car the night before we planned, but I was ready so that worked out fine. He would have waited until the next day if I hadn't been ready. The total transport time was less than quoted, which was also great.

I apprecaite the opportunity to fill out a survey and receive a $50 rebate. Kathy explained that they really do want the feedback since satisfied customers is what they count on.

I truly couldn't have been happier with my experience. I also had a fantastic driver/transport company as well, which made the whole thing even more perfect!
