This was my first time shipping the car so I had no idea what the process was. I searched on google and picked a random company, "EXCLUSIVE AUTO LOGISTICS". I talked to their representative, Gio. At first it went well and they said they could have my car shipped the day I want it shipped. I really needed to ship my car on Thursday because my flight was delayed til Saturday. Several days pass by, Monday was Memorial Day so I tried to reach em the next day instead, still can't get a hold of em, RIDICULOUS and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went back to the computer and searched more thoroughly and found Magic Carpet Auto Transport, Hilary Bergeson was person helped me through the process. She was very kind and helpful. I gave her my information and told her my situation. I received a good call the next day and she told me she founded me a driver, I was so relieved! The company was SK Trucking and the driver name was Andre.

The driver picked up my car a little late than the time scheduled but he arrived promptly. Great guy and he took the time to put my cars on carefully. The cars arrived 2 days earlier then expected, which is AWESOME!

Hillary also took the time to call me back and made sure everything went well. Thanks Magic Carpet Auto Transport!!!!!!
