From start to finish we were pleased with the service we received. We would use them again and refer them to another person needing transport services. There was only one thing that was a little disappointing... I checked reviews on this website and saw that a few transporters would quote a price then when transport time came they would ask for more money for the driver (170.00). Whether or not this was from them or the driver it was disappointing because Magic Carpet claims that the quoted price is what you pay. After we said we would try to find another transport service they called back and said that they would do it for the original quoted price. Other than that everything went smooth! There staff was very polite and friendly. The driver they found was prompt and also friendly and professional. The car EVEN CAME EARLIER then they said! Like I said before i was very pleased with the service i received from MAGIC CARPET! Thanks!!!
