Disabled truck transport

Our truck had a major mechanical problem just past Reno/Sparks, Nevada and needed to be transported back to California for repair at our preferred service facility. We contacted Annette at Magic Carpet on Thursday and our truck was loaded up mid-day Friday. By Monday morning it was delivered in California, 340 miles from where it broke down. During the process we received emails and telephone calls from Annette and the truck driver, who kept us informed of the progress. The whole process was problem free and we would use the service again if we had a similar breakdown. It was a computer search which led us to Magic Carpet, which had positive ratings from other customers, and we received a reply to our query very quickly. Thanks to Annette for her attention to our needs, as well as to driver Bill. We are pleased with the service we received.

Michael and Nancy: Thank you so much for the great review. I can honestly say that "I know how the two of you felt". As I have had a similar situation happen to me. I am thrilled that everything went well and your truck is getting repaired at "your" dealership. Please keep me in mind for any future transports you may need. The two of you were truly great to work with. Keep good card of the cats. We know who rules the house. Thanks again for being great customers.
