Magic Carpet's service was great. I was very skeptical about shipping my vehicle, but doing the research, Magic Carpet had really good reviews which made it easy to choose from all the others. First time I called I got a quote right away. No answering machine, and no waiting on an email or call back. Which was great, being it was last minute to ship my vehicle. All the dates that I was given were pretty accurate. I called Magic Carpet just to get a accurate date of delivery when I knew it was on the mainland and Stephanie called the driver, while I was on hold, to get a delivery date and time from the driver. Good thing I called because delivery was two days earlier then expected. One thing I would have liked, the driver to be a bit more accurate on time of delivery. But other then that no complaints!!! Great service from Matson,to Magic Carpet, to CAA. Thank you Very Much!
