Lei, I talked to you earlier today and let you know that we have not recieved your signature page. I left a note for our assistant who processes those and your client assitant who has left you atleast one mssage already. We did get you review, but we did not get the paper telling us where you would like us to send your check to and who to make it out to. Agian it is on our website the second button down on the left that says "transport rebate." If you click on this and fill out the name and adress where we should send the check to, then we can process your rebate check. Earlier I tried to let you know this to insure you could get you rebate becuase we apreciate you prompt responce and buisness. We will send you your rebate if you would just fill that out. I have tried to explain this serveral times before you hung up on me, and i'm sorry if it's confusing. Michelle will be calling you agian to assit you and make sure you have this oppurtunity.
