I called and initially talked with Hillary (who was not my contact, but proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, sweet and patient with me). I had concerns with the price I was quoted not actually being the final price I would pay as I have read in other reviews of companies. I had a date in mind that was 3 weeks away and gave them a range of 5 days to pick up the car. I agreed on a price of $1000 to transport my car across the country and 1 DAY LATER I received a call saying that I was all set! No need for adding on a lot of extra money...just the originally quoted price. Hillary did an incredible job.

As I was a bit nervous that this worked out too well, I called and talked to my assigned account rep, Stephanie and she told me that everything was set.

The transportation company they hired were real good, real fast, and came in the second hour of their 6 hour window.

I'm very happy and should I need my car to be moved again, I will call Magic Carpet right away!!!
