Magic Carpet and Sheila Paquette provided all the help I needed. I was guided through the process and what to expect from the carrier, which was very useful since I've never shipped a car before. I was advised to take photos of all documents and precautions were advised as well. Basically, they were overly concerned with my satisfaction! It meant that I could rest at ease as my car was shipped, knowing that Sheila and Magic Carpet would guide me through the pick up and paper work. My car was delivered a day early and I was worried about signing the document (unnecessarily) so I called up Magic Carpet on the spot and they responded to my immediate concerns. And while Sheila was great, I found the rest of the staff as helpful! Great place! I probably heard from Sheila nearly 5 times over the nine day process, even if she was just checking in to see that my car had been picked up in a timely fashion. Also, as a broker it is often hard to judge the carriers used. This is less of a problem with magic carpet because they have enough influence and market control that they hand select only the best carriers. When I found the slightest flaw with my carrier I reported it to Sheila and she personally ensured the safe and expedited shipment of my car.
