My husband and I decided to ship our car from Utah to Texas, since it's not easy to drive for more than 2 days. I actually regret about the decision, cause I didn't know it was going to be that painful. To be honest, I was dying during the whole process. Kathy provided such a great service, but there were a lot of thing she could not control. The driver had a problem with his truck and got a ticket from police, and so it was delayed about a week. I had to pay about $300 for renting a car due to the delay. I had such a hard time taking care of this whole process. I would never ship my car to somewhere again. However, the reason I'm giving Kathy five star is because she did her best on her side. She worked hard to get a truck and tried to solve problems I had during the delivery process. I don't know what she could do better. Thanks for your service, Kathy!
