I had a great experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. John was easy to reach, ready to answer my questions, and very helpful. He explained the entire process to me and gave me information re. the payment procedures. It was very helpful to know that a money order at the time of drop off was much more appealing to potential drivers than a credit card exchange. I received a response very quickly, once this was determined. Magic Carpet (John) was even available to answer my call on Sunday. In the eight day process, he always knew where the car was and how long it would be before it arrived in Massachusetts. For me, this was important because the person receiving the car had to get a boat reservation to meet the carrier, once she know the time of arrival. I could not have asked for a better experience and my daughter was thrilled to have her car arrive in one piece! The entire process was much easier than I had anticipated and I thank everyone involved.
