Although I had problems with the delivery that were out of Magic Carpet's control, Stephanie was very helpful, and called to keep me updated. Overall the customer service was good - one point of improvement could be in setting the initial date for pick-up. Since Magic Carpet contracts with the car movers, they don't have this information until the last minute, which makes scheduling difficult.
