All-in-all, things went well. Since the car was being shipped form CA to WI it was apparently hard to find a carrier headed up this way. It was no problem finding a carrier from WI to CA however (different shipping company though). I originally requested an open carrier, but since things were taking a long time they found a closed carrier at a discount. I agreed since I really needed my car back. 4 days until delivery was great (came 1 day earlier than the estimate). I was apparently lucky too since there were numerous hail storms on the way and if my car was in an open carrier it could have been damaged. Magic Carpet did a decent job. Stephanie was great.
