1. I will get $50 deductable by doing this review
2. I randomly use this company, no specific reason
3. first time experience, chicago to portland
4. call on Monday June 14 just a week before pick up day.
5. got quote $850 initially but decide to should expedited service at $1150 for faster pick up (within 3 day of choosing day) and faster shipping (within 7 days from pick up day)
6. choose June 24 for pick upday. carrier came on time on June 24 (driver kind enough to drove to my work place because he came during my working hour ++)
7. Driver mentioned he may arrive to portland early. I told him i 'll fly to portland Thursday June 26, cannot pick a car before that.
8. driver unload a car and drove to the "PDX-portland airport", I got off the plane, put bags in my own car and drive away.

Super fast service (to get dispatch, to pick up to drop off) excellence service ... may be because of expedited service. Does not matter why, I am really happy.

Expedited service is a great service when a customer has specific needs to be met in tight time contraints. As for the driver meeting you with your vehicle at the airport, well that is a service above and beyond the norm. We pride ourselves on our truck partners and am pleased that some are truly willing to go above and beyond.
