Do not use a transport company unless you can leave your cars with someone for several weeks, and do not need your cars for weeks later. In summary it took a month advance notice before we moved to get the pickup setup, resulting in having to rent a car for 3 weeks.
After submitting an online payment that did not work, I had to resubmit a phone credit card. It took several weeks after that to get a carrier to accept the job from New Mexico to Boston, a carrier to Maine was unavailable. The carrier did not recieve our meeting address or info that we would have to drive from Maine, and gave us 3 hrs to come and get our cars. We arrived 3 hrs later only to have to wait 9 more hrs because the driver was delivering other cars. Overall it would have been better to drive at least one car.
