I was very concerned about transporting my vehicle. When I transported my two vehicles years ago, they were both damaged. This time I had a BMW and was very concerned. It was a long distance to go from Arizona to Rhode Island. No one in AZ could recommend a place and I found this one online. I was very happy with the service and the notification of what was going on. They kept me informed and returned my calls. What I liked was dealing with the same person at Magic Carpet and was able to keep in contact with the transport driver. The transport driver let me know in advance approximately when he was going to arrive. The car was dirty, but that is expected when traveling across country and because it wasn't transported enclosed. It was not damaged. I will use them again if needed and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a transport company.
