If you are really amazed by its high rating and want to try, don't tell them your check number before the truck is dispatched. Otherwise you lose your leverage and they will do whatever they want. Just name a few: long holding, delay, price increase... They won't claim any responsibility for these, because of the fine print "pick-up date is not guaranteed"!
I had an issue with this company last year which was not successfully mediated by Better Business Bureau. There's really not much BBB can do except giving MCAT C- rating. MCAT obviously doesn't care about this C- at all. Anyone wants to transport his car will first come to this website. Magic carpet along with Domestic and Cascade, which are under the same administration simply dominate this system. The catch? $50 rebate for 5-star review!
