Trevon Bond was absolutely a huge help for me during the whole process. He kept me updated and had a LOT of patience with me being a first time customer. He kept me calm and updated with all the process. If I ever have to do this again, there is no doubt I will definitely call him and ask him for his support again. The people that picked up the car were late, but only 30 minutes, and they loaded the car very fast and were very careful and professional. They told me the would leave on Wednesday and be in Chicago around 1am. They called my friend up there and waited outside her house until 5am when she met them outside. They were very polite and professional and during the whole time, Trevon was updating me with the events. It made the whole process easier. He was always available even if the time zones were difficult for us. Thank you very much Magic Carpet Auto! Thank you Trevon, you are absolutely amazing!!!
