I was very nervous when I first decided to ship my car. My car is a rare model and I didn't know who to trust. After hearing horror stories from multiple people about car shipping I determined I was going to have to call around and trust my gut. Crystal Varnes with Magic Carpet won me over from the first time we spoke. I had narrowed my options down to 4 companies and when I called Magic Carpet I asked Crystal about the other companies as well. She was very professional and told me that she did not know a lot about them but would never "bad mouth" a different company. After I chose to work with the company I had daily correspondance with Crystal as she kept me informed the minute anything happened. She called me on her time off of work, away from the office, and even on the weekends to make sure that I was comfortable with every step in the process. Crystal and all of the people in the office are amazing people in the car shipping industry and I would trust them fully if I had to ship a car again!
