We hired Magic Carpet to pick up our car in San Diego, CA. and deliver it to Wausau, WI. after a failed contract with a smaller carrier. We initially wanted the car transported to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan but after the first transport failed to communicate the difficulty in getting a truck to come so far north we had to change drop off locations. We cancelled our first contract and hired Magic Carpet the same day. They had a driver assigned the next day and a pick up day within 4 days with a week for estimated delivery. It was picked up and delivered a full day earlier. We were able to contact the driver throughout the process to arrange to meet him at the drop off location which is 150 miles south of our home. He was very pleasant and helpful each time we contacted him and very nice when we met him. Needless to say we are very happy with our experience.
