the job was handled well, they picked up 7/7 and dropped off 7/9 which was on time. the car was a little dirty from the trip, but it was an open carrier and to be expected. there was no damage to the vehicle. they were courteous and professional and kept me informed throughout. my only concern was they transport compant they used tacked on an additional $36 the day before pickup because of the route he had to take. i dont like surprise changes in cost and would have appreciated knowing the real price up front and not the day before pickup, seemed a little shady especially since i was pretty locked in by that point. other than that, they did a good job.
