I was very satisfied with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I waited a little too late to book my transport (about 2 weeks out), but the customer service agent I worked with was able to get my car transported. We did end up having to pay an extra $100, because the rate at which the agent thought she could sell transport was lower than what any of the carriers would pay, being so close to the date. My recommendation would be to book as early as possible! Other than that, no issues. E-mail and phone communications were great, and the car arrived early! I booked through them because of the BBB ratings initially, and would recommend them again.
