After doing research on most of the carriers I chose Magic Carpet based on there customer service rating. How I was wrong. After being late by two days for pickup the nightmares started. The crazy Russian that picked up the car broke it the first thing. Tore the shifting handle from the steering colum. Understandable, it was a car that was still being worked on and was put together just to move. After getting the car and transporting it to Washington, the CRAZY Russian was almost arrested by the Port Police after he had gotten into an argument with them. After my car was reloaded onto the truck from the port and driven all over Seattle, mind you Magic Carpet never knew where my car was, I finally talked the guy into dropping it off near the port so that it could be shipped. That was about 50 calls later and a tow truck being called to take possession of the car.

After numerous hours of calling between the driver, myself, and a new found friend tow truck driver my car was placed onto a ship bound for Alaska. Once it got here, again it all stated again. MAGIC CARPET did not pay the bill to the marine shippers and I could not pick up my car. After several threatening phone calls and I got the car. NEVER will I use the shipping company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a shipping company, run like HELL and if you use them you might as well go get some high blood pressure medicine, because your going to need it.They never know where your car is when it's being shipped.
