Excellent Customer Service. Had no difficulties during the entire process.

This was my first time using an auto transport service, and initially I had been trying to go through many websites to do online quotes. I stumbled across Magic Carpet Auto after checking out a few sites with user reviews on transport services, and seeing Magic Carpet Auto listed as the #1.

When I called in, the phone was promptly answered and so were my questions. I received a quote within minutes, which was about $200 cheaper than all the other quotes I had managed to get, and was so satisfied that I immediately booked my vehicle for transport. I said that my earliest pickup time was "Anytime", expecting at the very least a few days of processing. But, no, the SAME DAY they already had a carrier available to pick up my car.

During the process, I had a few problems that arose on my end (Changes needed for delivery times, contact numbers, etc.), but every time I called in, I was able to get changes applied to my order right away, with no hassle.

I also received emails whenever the status of my order changed, as well as phone calls very soon after in case I had any questions or problems with the state of things.

If I had to transport a car again, I would definitely be contacting Magic Carpet Auto.
