The vehicle arrived earlier than quoted. The company provided good service. However, I am disappointed in the "rebate" program. Essentially the customer is charged $50 more than the shipping quote provided, this is not a rebate. These funds are held hostage until a review is posted. A lot of effort goes into reminding the customer that anything less than 5-star review is of no use to the company. The time wasted hearing the several reminders from the company about a five star review and going through the process to submit the review was an inconvenience. Unfortunately it is the only way to get the $50 back. The option to review should be voluntary ...this clearly is not the case.
