I originally went with Fastway Auto Transport (Order 1133) as my shipper on 4 June 2010. After a month and a half of daily calls to Ronnie (Ronald Ribeiro) and his boss (Fabio) who would never return my callls or constantly give me excuses why my car had not been shipped (See below email), I decided to try Magic Carpet based on their reveiws. My car was picked up within 4 days and was delivered to San Diego 11 days later. Hillary or one of her associates called me everytime there was a status change on the shipment of my vehicle keeping me informed of the curent location and delivery date. Definately above and beyond what I had expected after dealing with the incompetence at Fastway. I would definately recommend this company to anyone shipping a car. Magic Carpet also moved my car for less than than Fastway...

I'm felling very sorry to hear that this situation has been happened. We are here to help ours costumer, but we know that some times is very complicated to fit the shipping on the costumer budget.
