Randy, you rebate was sent into processing on the 6th of july. It can take 4 to 6 weeks to get out to you. If you had read the terms and conditions you would know this. I have responded to every email about the rebate and helped you complete both parts so that you could recieve your rebate. The driver, not us, asked for extra money. It is called an offer, you choose to except this offer. We could have continued looking. I understand that there was a misunderstanding with the driver about how the car would be picked up. This happened after office hours, so we're sorry agian that we were not there to help resolve the confusion between you and the driver. Despite this, even though there was a mix up, you your self stated that we provided good cusotmer service in your frist review. Now i understand that waiting can be fustrating and we're sorry that we are so swaped. Summer is peak season, but we do have to go in the order in which we recieve both parts when we send out checks. I'm not sure how any of this makes us liars and it hasen't even been 4 weeks since the signature page was recieved.
