The pick up was not made until I increased the price. Not only did I increase i by $100 to $1000, the driver asked for an additional $50.00. I assumed I would get excellent service based on this. I was told my car would come the following Tuesday which was 10 days later. When I called the brokeras the car was now due- they put me on hold and said they would check with dispatch to see when the driver would deliver the car. I was told Tusday night or Wed morning. Tues night I called as it was getting late and then I was put through to the actiual driver. He said he would be there Thursday. I told him dispatch already told me Tues or Wed morning. He said he never told them that and didn't know where that came from. I was very unhappy as I was paying $76/day for a rental. I called the broker back and they said the dispatcher did say tues or wed - so I didn't know who was not telling the truth. I did not get my car until 4:00 Thursday afternoon. So I only give the broker 4 stars. I think I was being played a bit.

Deborah, Sorry for the delay in the delivery but we go off of what the carrier tells us on the dates even though they are estimates, we here did our best to keep you posted. kathy~ 360.843.2900 x206
