Cross-Country Car Delivery

The car arrived in good condition, just dirty from road grime that's all. There was some confusion and miscommunication and the carrier was somewhat late picking up and dropping off.
All in all I got my car undamaged and in a somewhat expected time frame (a little over). However, the quote I received in writing was not the amount charged. I was sort of "held hostage" to pay $300 more than quoted in writing.

Leslie - I am sorry you didn't feel that you received 5 star service, however we are unable to control the roads and if the driver gets stuck and is running a little behind - that does happen, however everything was communicated to you almost daily. As for the increase in price, it was a short window in which you needed your vehicle picked up and you did approve the price increase, no one was holding you hostage. I did enjoy working with you and am glad you are getting settled in. Kristaan 317-547-4021
