The cost was comparable to other companies. As promised, deposit was not charged until vehicle had been picked up by transporter. Timeline for pickup was accurate. Driver also provided accurate timeline and was reachable by phone during transport. The only reason I did not give maximum stars on overall customer service was because one email and one follow-up phone call inquiry regarding the possibility of prepaying the entire cost via credit card were not returned; I had to follow up myself. Other than that, good customer service and friendly helpful staff.
