JoAnn, my Northern California "sister" was awesome! She worked her magic and was able to get our son's vehicle picked up within a week of my order. This was important as my son is in the Air Force, based in Texas, with an imminent transfer to Missouri so it was important to get the vehicle to him before he left Texas. JoAnn was extremely knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. It was so worth paying a little more to get stress free service! The vehicle pick up was one day late (which was not bad at all having read the reviews - I anticipated more than a one day delay); consequently the vehicle was dropped off one day later than originally quoted but no big deal! I will most definitely encourage my son to use Magic Carpet and JoAnn for his future relocations and I'm sure there will be many while he's serving his country. Thank you JoAnn you awesome and magical woman!!
