I submitted a request on the internet for quotes to transport a vehicle from Lousiana to California. I was amazed at the immediate response from dozens of companies. Having never done this, I was hesitant. My husband asked me to handle this transaction and asked me how I chose the company. Clinton Duncan made my decision for me. I felt like I was talking to a relative. He was patient and detailed. He was efficient in many ways. He explained to me how the process worked. He told me the miles between the two states, 1700. That alone made me realize that transporting a vehicle was more tolerable than driving one myself. He told me of the companies used and how he would have a response within a day. He did. He arranged the vehicle to be picked up on a Saturday and guaranteed the delivery on a Tuesday. Clinton stayed in contact with me everyday. I was told how many miles the driver drove each day and he was absolutely correct in his estimate. I was surprised how easy this process was and of how many tranporting companies contacted me through e-mail and phone calls. I can honestly say that the contact person is the one who guides your decision as to who to hire. At Magic Carpet Auto, it was Clinton Duncan who sold me. He sold me on the company and on himself.
