I was very pleased with the service I received from Magic Carpet. My representative, Stephanie, was excellent as was anyone else I ended up speaking with when I called. My original call was handled quickly and courteously, and I was promptly assigned an order number and estimated pickup date. Magic Carpet and Stephanie did a great job of keeping me apprised of the status of both my pickup and delivery.
