This is a solid shipping broker. I have no complaints and would use them again with no reservations at all. Everyone I spoke to was personable and courteous. I wanted the shipping of the car expedited and they gave me reasonable guidance on how much more to offer without being excessive. My car was damaged on unloading, but it was minor and no cause for a claim. And of course, not the fault of Magic Carpet. The bottom line is that they delivered what they promised and did it with decent customer service.
