Poor Communication

The car was picked up and delivered early which was acceptable. However, the communication between John with Magic Carpet was very poor once the process started. I was not contacted by the truck operator until the day of pick up. This was not John's fault, however, he never returned any calls nor emails from me with my concerns that I had not heard from the truck operator. The truck operator was very nice and was responsive and communicated with me daily once the car was picked up. However, while enroute, I contacted John again to let him kow the progress, and still have not heard from him for the past 2 weeks.

Overall, I am happy that my car was delivered, howver, John at Magic Carpet needs to learn how to communitcate with his customers.
