Magic Carpet Auto Transport (Hillary Bergeson) handled shipping of our car from San Diego to Boston in an efficient and professional manner. They quickly identified a truck and communicated with us throughout the process to help make the process a smooth one. The car arrived safely and in good condition. Hillary helped communicate with the driver/dispatcher of the trucking company which was a tremendous help. I would recommend them to anyone. They were friendly and very helpful.
The only problem, not the fault of Magic Carpet, was the driver barely spoke English and communicating directly with him was difficult. He delivered the car at 10 pm in a dark parking lot which made inspecting the car difficult. Nonetheless, the car was delivered in good condition and roughly in the time frame promised.
