First time using Magic Carpet, based on their solid reputation and my personal experience was a positive one. Car was picked up on time in California, loaded on a carrier and sent to New York with no issues. There was a delicate timing issue with me, considering I had to fly down to California and get my car prepared for transport. Magic Carpet arrived as promised, and delivered the car to me in New York with no issues. Michelle was extremely responsive to any inquiries I put in and I was really pleased with the service recieved from Magic Carpet. When I go back to California in April 2011, I will be calling Michelle again to take care of my Transport needs. Note: Everyone out here will have different experiences and comments. My only concern through this whole process was for my car to be safely transported to my destination. People out here nit-pick for ridiculous things. Thank you Michelle for a job well done.
