Time from contract to being assigned to a truck was 11 calendar days - 7 business days. Auto was delivered in a week from being picked up. Auto arrived at destination in good condition. All of this was within the time frame quoted.
People were easy to reach or returned calls within a short period of time.
However, the price quoted on contract went from 1083 to 1245 night before pickup or it would not be picked up - bait and switch? I would expect that companies know to within a dollar what the true cost of shipping is to be and that their quotation to not be off by almost 15%. If it is not fixed - what good is price matching???? I guess another option would have been to start the process over and leave my military son without transportation for more time???
