After being left in the lurch by another transport company (car never picked up), Magic Carpet got the job done when I needed it. The sales contacts at Magic Carpet were always available and I was never left waiting on the phone or sent to voicemail. They were friendly and knowledgeable and always eager to help.

My original quote was $1050 but when a driver was found, the price was $20 over - however, Magic Carpet covered the overage cost by deducting it from my safety deposit ($270). The car was picked up on the 2nd day of a 3-day window, and it was delivered on the first day of the 3-day delivery window. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly.

My car arrived a bit dirty but that's not surprising since it was an open carrier. The driver informed me that my right turn signal light casing had blown off on the highway but the transport company had already replaced it with a new one. They did not however get the turn signal wires hooked up so my turn signal is not working at the moment (understandable since this was all done on road and on a delivery schedule), but they agreed to cover the cost of that service once I took my car in to get fixed.

Overall, I'm quite happy with my experience and I'd recommend going with Magic Carpet - they are rated #1 on this site for a reason.
