We chose to use Magic Carpet based on the good reviews they received on the Transport Reviews website. We were not disappointed! We thought the price of $437 from Michigan to WIsconsin was very reasonable and by the time we would have rented a trailer, gas costs, and per mile charges, it would have far exceeded this cost if we would have tried to go get the vehicle ourselves.

The only reason we gave Magic Carpet a 4 star instead of 5 is the fact that our seller in Michigan (where the car was being picked up) sent an email saying the truck was coming the next morning. No one from Magic Carpet or the trucking company called to let us know. When I tried to get in touch with my contact at Magic Carpet (Samuel), he wasn't available and I was told that no one else was able to help me. When I called back a second time, thankfully I was put through to Trevor who agreed to help me out. Trevor called the trucking company and put us on a 3-way call so I was able to finally get the information I needed (when our vehicle would arrive). We had also requested that the car be picked up after 5:00 P.M. or on a weekend at the request of the seller, but that was not able to be accommodated, which was actually fine with us since it got our car home to us faster!

Our vehicle ended up getting to our house much quicker than we had thought and in very good shape. The driver was very personable and actually did bring the car right to our front door, no need to meet them at an alternate location to unload as we had heard stories about on the review sites, which was great!
