Contact person was very informative and friendly. Contact person took the time to explain the process of preparing the car for transport and what to expect upon delivery. Very helpful explaining the details of setting up the move and logistics for pick up & drop off of vehicle. Returned calls and/or followed up with email in prompt manner. Driver called ahead to inform whereabouts and showed a few hours earlier then originally planned. I planned location for pick-up & drop-off in areas that accommodated driver as recommended by contact person.
