Good service but unforeseen issues during the delivery

I had a good experience with magic carpet but had several issues with the company which was provided a transportation on behalf of magic carpet. The pick up was in time (on second day), driver was very nice. Their truck broke on the way to east coast, and they called me to say that the car will be delayed by 1-2 days. They on the day of delivery the driver lost keys for several xcard on his truck so he had to go to dealerships to get keys replaced, and it delayed the del;ivwery for another day. They kept us updated at all times, and very apologetic, so generally experience was good, but it costed us exra money as we had to keep rental car for 2 extra days. again, Magic carpet did their job just fine - they found us a transporter in time, iut just that several things happened on the way beyond their control... I will use magic carpet again.
