Pick-up and delivery was on-time as promised by the Magic Carpet team. One area of improvement I would note is the lack of pro-active response from the Magic Carpet team. It requires a lot of call-backs and e-mail pushing by the customer in order to get responses. Otherwise, service was fine and as promised. I understand their "busy-ness" - but customer service is all about meeting the needs of the customer; if you guys are overwhelmed, perhaps it's time to hire more CSR's. Would use again, but would also be open to other brokers to try their services.

Abraham, Thank you for your feedback, i am sorry to hear that you didnt feel you recived a complete five star service from our company. However, I and my team her at magic carpet were in contact with you and also had updated you through the process of scheduling a carrier. but hopefully next time you ship a vehicle you will recieve 100% service.
